Shipping

 

We offer free 5-6 business day standard shipping on all orders.

 

Please note that the shipping timeline is an estimate and not guaranteed. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimate, but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control. Our team can be reached via our Contact Us page with any further queries you may have.

 

International Shipping

 

We do fulfil international orders, however please note that we do not offer free-of-charge shipping in these cases.

Your order might be subject to local taxes & duties - the customer is liable to cover this charge. 

 

Returns

 

You have 30 days from when the product is delivered to return your product in case the product is faulty or you changed your mind.

 

You can opt for an exchange or a refund as long as the item is unused and is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exception to this is if the product was damaged/ faulty when you received it, in which case refund will be subject to us inspecting the item upon arrival to our fulfilment centre.

Before returning your item please let us know by sending us a note confirming your reason for return via our Contact Us page to ensure you are eligible for a refund.

When posting your return,  please enclose a note referencing the following ID: Huboo Ref 11566, as well as your order number starting with # - this will allow us to identify the returned order. 

 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We would strongly advise to use a trackable service for return and consider shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Once processed, refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to return to your original method of payment. This is a standard banking time frame and varies by financial institution.
